Looks like small place from the front entrance but the property is bigger than expected. Excited to see a new building is under construction. The only negative is room was small and TV was old with horrible reception. Loved the airport shuttle option. This worked well.

I needed a place to stay for 1 night. They offered breakfast with stay. Have stayed before. Has declined in all ways. Had dinner, was not provided a receipt just pointed at the screen at the price. When asked if tip was included he said in Spanish “oh no, we don’t do that here” and I left him a decent tip on the table. For breakfast I was given a bill/receipt and clearly stated was the tip portion included on the bill. I spoke to a supervisor and they said they would look into it. When checking out I asked if I could get a receipt for dinner and they could not find it in the system. But will look into it. I don’t want to stay where the staff lie about such things and then the supervisor isn’t receptive to guest complaints.

The hotel its beautiful the areas are great but they could use some improvement and some more cleanliness. Day time staff is great. Night time staff not so much, we had a late flight and when we got to the hotel it was close to midnight, the bight shift was not too happy to serve us food at that time

Good hotel near the airport

Good hotel. Almost everything was nice: friendly staff, clean rooms, big beds, big shower, nice pool, nice restaurant etc. Only problem is that the rooms are next to the patio. So if to want to got to bed early (because you have a midnight flight) it’s noisy if people are still outside.

This hotel was very convenient for us since we had a very early flight to catch the next day. The staff was great and check in and check out process was smooth. There are a few updates that could be done to the plumbing but aside from that it was a great stay.

Great for close to airport

We stayed here one night to be close to the airport. For the price, it was great. Nice room and nice property and we ate lunch and dinner in the restaurant area. The lobby and pool area are nice and spacious. Staff is friendly too. Not much in the neighborhood but a great place for 1 night before our flight.
