On Usandizaga Street, in the heart of the Gros district, this apartment is located a few meters from the beach of La Zurriola and next to the famous Congress Palace of San Sebastian and Kursaal Auditorium by which it receives the name. It is also located just 10 minutes walking from the city center and the old part of San Sebastian, the best place where you can fully immerse yourself in our delicious Basque gastronomy.
It has been decorated on a whim and is made up of a large diaphanous space in which both the kitchen and the living room are found. It also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It has a bathroom with shower.
Regarding the area, without doubts, is the most fashionable in the city thanks to the local commerce, restaurants, bars, for the remodeling that has been carried out in streets and squares and by the young people that for that reason have attracted. Gros is an area with everything, good atmosphere, quality of life, parks, beach and where you can have a quiet walk and enjoy.
This apartment is perfect to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in San Sebastian.
