The Malibu apartment is a modern holiday apartment in San Sebastian that stands out for its exquisite decoration and fantastic location.
It is located in the Gros neighbourhood, just 3 minutes walking from Zurriola Beach, known for its fantastic waves for surfing.
The Old Town is also reached in another 8 minutes walking and La Concha Beach is 10 minutes away.
It has two bedrooms and the bed distribution is as follows:
Bedroom 1: one double bed of 150 cms width
Bedroom 2: two single beds of 90 cms width
It has two full bathrooms, both with shower tray.
Regarding the kitchen, it is equipped with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, as well as all kitchen equipment: pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, etc.
In addition, it has free high-speed WiFi internet connection.
It has a single air conditioning unit located in the living room. The bedrooms are cooler than the living room and kitchen, as they are interior rooms. However, by leaving the doors open and keeping the air conditioning unit running, a very pleasant temperature is achieved throughout the apartment, even on the hottest summer days.
