The BELVEDERE apartment is located a few hundred meters from the beach of Cala Ginepro and is part of a residence with a communal pool. The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa, a functional kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with an equipped ante-bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment, which is suitable for children, is
equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cable TV. Externally there are two covered terraces, one overlooking the islands of Molara and Tavolara and the other on the hills to the west and to the side on the beach of Lu Impostu, and a swimming pool shared with other guests. Cool off on hot days in the cool water, prepare delicious meals on the stone grill on your terrace, admire the fantastic sunrises over the sea and the colors of the sunset. The natural beach of Punta Molara is right in front 600 meters from your front door and other beaches are a maximum of 15 minutes away by car. The beach of Cala Ginepro, sand, pebbles and rocks, is 600 meters from the rental, 6 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car, and Cala Girgolu bay 3.5 km away is 6 minutes by car, Brandinchi beach, as well as Lu Impostu and Porto Taverna are 5 km away. The sandy beach La Cinta, in San Teodoro, is located 8 km and 10 minutes away by car, while in the center of San Teodoro (9 km and 15 minutes away by car) you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and especially in the evening there is a populated movida of young people and adults.
Please note that the Wi-Fi signal strength is optimal both outside and inside. The house is equipped with the following paid facilities: electricity, bed linen, towels, climate and final cleaning. Included in the price are exclusive and unlimited WiFi, water, kitchen gas, and 1 private parking space.
