The Mediterranean Villa Nina is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small town of La Padula Sicca. It consists of 2 holiday apartments and exudes Italian flair. This barrier-free apartment has a comfortable living room with a dining area, a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and offers place for 4 persons. Wi-Fi is available for a fee. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. On your private terrace you can spend relaxing evenings with a meal and a glass of wine or use the barbecue in the shared garden, which is 1200 m² in size. The accommodation is perfect for those who are looking for a holiday home close to beautiful beaches. The sea can be reached in only 300 m. The fantastic white sandy beach of Spiaggia Isuledda with its turquoise, crystal clear waters can be reached in 2.1 km or 6 minutes by car. The centre of San Teodoro, which is 7 km away, offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés and you can reach it in only 12 minutes by car.
