You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 1000.00 per stay

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

• Cleaning fee: EUR 225.00 per accommodation, per stay
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 20 per person, per week
• Utility fee: EUR 50.00 per person, per week

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for in-room wireless internet: EUR 30.00 per week (rates may vary)
• Pet fee: EUR 100.00 per accommodation, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 25.00 for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight
