Perfect location. True so far

Perfect location - that’s true. A collection of cheapest furniture. Do you want to spend your holiday time in IKEA? Go there. TV remote no battery. Lamp in bedroom without window not working. Toilet brush broken since a long time dirty disgusting. Jürgen.

Super emplacement avec une vue panoramique sur le port , effectivement l'escalier en colimaçon est vraiment très raide pour des personnes à difficultés , sinon nous avons passés un super séjour..............................

Séjour sanary

Résumé de notre ressenti : ( famille 2 adultes, 2 enfants ) A notre arrivée, nous constatons un escalier très peu pratique voir dangereux en colimasson pour accéder à l’appartement se situant au deuxième étage. En entrant dans l’appartement nous y trouvons un endroit plutôt sympa et propre. Première douche prise et nous voilà déjà embêté avec un bac n’évacuant pas l’eau qui arrive. ( bac extra plat avec la bonde rempli de cheveux de femme super je n’avais pas prévu de faire le plombier à mon arrivé ). Accès à la douche très petit car le lavabo se trouve à la sortie mais bien arrangé tout de même. Première nuit dans l’appartement et voilà un constat plutôt négatif sur le confort du clic clac dans le salon qui est juste horriblement mou et d’une qualité à vous donner mal au dos chaque nuit passer dedans. Le lit se trouvant dans la chambre et de bonne qualité mais au mois d’août la chaleur dans la chambre et tout simplement étouffante car la clim n’est installer que dans la salle salon et il n’y a aucune fenêtre dans la chambre, salle de bain et wc. Concernant l’équipement de vaisselle fourni par le propriétaire nous aurions aimé au moins une autre poel en plus de l’unique petite qui est fourni et une casserole un peu plus grande aussi en plus de l’unique qui est fourni également. Un couteau à pain serait le bienvenu également , nous n’avons pas utiliser certain verre vu la qualité ça nous faisait peur de les manipuler. ( mise à part cela la cuisine et bien équipée et fonctionnell.) Ayant un ado adepte d’internet nous avons voulu nous connecter mais la connections était de très mauvaise qualité donc nous avons fait un partage de connexion ce qui a était plus simple. ( idem pour la TV et Netflix qui narrivé pas à se connecter au réseau du propriétaire. ) Dans l’annonce il est indiquer une place de parking privée ce qui n’est pas vraiment le cas et qui m’a particulièrement énervé lorsqu’il fallait attendre pour avoir une place sur le parking de l’esplanade qui est toujours complet en pleine saison de vacance. ( le propriétaire met en faite à disposition sa carte de parking public mais qui est toujours rempli donc si vous devait prendre votre véhicule bonne chance pour trouver une place. ) En résumé appartement très bien situé si on aime le marché nocturne de sanary car celui se trouve au pied de l’immeuble ( 19h30 à 0h30 ) , de l’appartement vous pouvez même apprécier spectacle de danse, chant ect. La plage est située à 500 mètre.
