This bright and refurbished "mazet" of 50 sq. m is composed of :
- a nice and sunny terrace with electric blind giving on a mediterranean garden,
- a pleasant living room with a sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with two simple bunk beds,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, Kitchenaid robot, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, ironing facilities, hairdryer,
- baby bed, high chair (on demand),
- TV, Wifi,
- reversible AC in each room,
- an access to the residence private parking.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood

Located close to Bandol and Sanary city centres, you will be at the best place to enjoy Provence sweetness while staying in a calm neighborhood, with all amenities just nearby. It will takes you only 10 min walking to reach the sea, or 15 min to discover the nice botanical garden of Sanary. Finally, you will be only a few minutes drive from Toulon and the Embiez archipelago.
