Set on the friendly owners working farm, it’s surrounded by picturesque countryside, with an abundance of walking and cycling opportunities together with a convenient food serving pub around a 15-minute walk.

The living room boasts a wonderful open fire for cosy winter evenings and there’s three comfortable bedrooms all with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. Externally you’ll find a patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ to enjoy dining alfresco during the summer, plus a pretty lawned garden. There’s ample off-road parking and bicycle storage should you need it.
Locally, Sandbach is a bustling market town and provides an array of shops, pubs and restaurants to explore. Brereton Heath Nature Reserve is around a 10-minute drive and offers delightful strolls amidst captivating wood sculptures. Fascinating Jodrell Bank is around a 15-minute drive and the stunning Peak District National Park can be reached in half an hour. Walk amongst free roaming barbary macaques at Monkey Forest or design a plate at the interactive World of Wedgewood both also around a 30-minute drive, and for any thrill seeks Alton Towers Theme Park is just that bit further.
