This Seasons at Sandpoint condo is your ideal summer retreat. Overlooking Lake Pend Oreille with huge water and mountain views.  Seasons at Sandpoint is a private resort, waterfront community located in downtown Sandpoint.  Massive beach, private deck, 3 bedroom/2 baths, heated year long pool and hot tub, marina, fitness room, yoga room and an incredible spa 'Wildflowers Spa'.



Walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants. Explore the Pend Oreille Bay trail (located at the West end of the street).  Rent a paddle board or kayak for the day while you're here (ask management company after booking).  This 3rd floor condo in building 7 is fully appointed and offers the most incredible sunrises, plus shaded outdoor BBQ / outdoor entertaining areas during those hot summer days.



King bedroom primary suite with deck access, Queen bed in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.  One underground parking spot reserved.



Fully appointed and includes underground parking allows you to enjoy all the amenities of downtown Sandpoint and waterfront activities. The BIG views of the lake are incredible year round. Beach, heated pool and hot tub year round, Retreat Center, and Fitness room. The Wildflower Spa, located on the top floor of the Retreat Center is fantastic for massages, facials, hair and nail treatments.  The Pend Oreille Bay trail is located at the end of the street and takes you several miles around the lake. City Beach is next door and downtown shops and restaurants are just a short walk today.

**Note:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
