Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Did not even stay at the property as they changed our booking to another property Résidence SERENOA in Cul da Suc French side of Sint Maaten. We would have been satisfied with the change but The aircon did not work and they moved us to another property Studio Baie Orientale HEVEA also in the French side. The only positive of this property was that the aircon worked and the room was nice. The rest as to the location and cleanliness of the property was very bad. Waste was laying around in bags when you entered and and in front where your view should be. The walkway to our room was also not cleaned and full mud from the rain. The bed was also very bad and only scatter cushions for pillows. So overall we were very disappointed in our stay. Glad it was only for 2 days!
