Welcome to Calm Waters, a luxury beachfront villa on North Caicos. The house is under new ownership and will be undergoing some new and exciting upgrades. Set on a secluded, white sand beach, this villa boasts many amenities that will make for an unforgettable vacation.

The expansive rooftop deck, with covered wet bar, outdoor kitchen, pergola, grill, lounge chairs, firepit, table/chairs for dining, 1/2 bath and outdoor rinsing shower provides impressive 360 degree views of the island and ocean. In the evenings, sit back and marvel the nights never-ending constellations. A large pool will provide hours of relaxing and games of your choice such as volleyball and basketball.

Calm Water's ground level, which walks out to the pool has 3 bedrooms, two full baths, game room with billiards, ping pong, a wet bar and theater room (DVD viewing/gaming space). The main floor has 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, a large open kitchen with island bar seating, great room, dining room and walk in pantry.

Just off the beach is the worlds 3rd largest natural reef, teeming with beautiful coral and fish. Our white sand beach and turquoise waters are your backdrop to the most enchanting sunsets. There’s so much to do right on property, or do nothing at all! Allow us to turn your vacation dreams into reality.
