Welcome to Sanibel Arms West, Unit K8, a piece of Paradise located just over the Causeway and mere steps from white sandy beaches with the country’s best shelling, and is only minutes from local restaurants, bike rentals and shopping. Recently updated and charmingly furnished, you can't help but be on Island Time with the condo's relaxing colors, coastal decor and amazing view.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails in the full kitchen, spacious living area or relax on the screened-in lanai with gorgeous gulf views before hitting the beach, pool, or bike trails. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed, convenient ensuite bathroom & a second screened-in lanai with a beautiful garden/pool view. There are two twin beds available in the second bedroom, while the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra space if needed. There’s plenty of storage and a washer/dryer inside the unit for your convenience!

Enjoy resort-style amenities such as Sanibel Island’s only screened-in, heated, outdoor resort pool, pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, sun deck, new fitness room, filtered water and ice station, and convenient picnic area with gas grills. Our private canal access is perfect for boating and fishing.
