You are only a short walk to the Hotel- Sundial Resort & Spa. There you can share in many amenities. The Market Place offers fresh brewed coffee, breakfast items, deli sandwiches, convenience groceries and gift items. You will definitely want to indulge yourself in the onsite Kay Casperson Lifestyle Spa! Raquet sports court time are available with a reservation and a fee. thru the Hotel. Unit Details:

1. Master bedroom – King sized bed sleeps 2. Coastal furniture, including 37” wall mounted TV. Excellent closet space, ceiling fan, new carpet, blackout, roll-down shades, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

2. Kitchen – All new, stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops. Fully stocked with quality glass wear, wine glasses, mugs, dishes, cook wear, and Mr. Coffee maker, and tea-kettle. Even the most discerning, vacation chef will find what they need.

3. Guest Bedroom – Has both a queen, and double bed and sleeps 4. Newly decorated with coastal furniture, ample closets, ceiling fan, carpeted floors, wood shutters, and 50" TV. En-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

4. Living & Dining Area – Livingroom seats 6. New furniture in coastal décor, area rug, tile floors, 64" TV, books, puzzles, games, and things for kids are provided. The dining table seats 6.

5. Lanai – The lanai sliders completely open for lovely sea breezes and Gulf views. A ceiling fan has been installed allowing you to relax outside even in the hot/humid weather. There are comfortable chaise lounge chairs for your enjoyment!

6. Laundry room (coin operated) is in the adjacent “D” building. Detergent provided by host.

7. Sanibel offers miles of bike paths and walking trails, numerous outdoor recreational activities and shelling, including boat rentals and fishing charters, the J.N. Wonderful Island Getaway

This is a beautiful property right on the beach, and the property manager is kind and communicative.The rooms are comfortable with a great view of the water, easy parking, and simple check in and out process. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a week of sunshine, shells, and relaxation!

Cozy Condo with Great Hostess

Very Cozy and very nice furnishings. Rather than a small welcoming packet that gets you through a few days, owner provide pretty much everything needed for my month-long stay. Since elevator wasn't working, hostess also provided help with luggage...which is a big help for 4th floor unit.

We were blessed to be among the first vacationers to stay in a beautifully remodeled condo at Sundial. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Great condo on Sanibel

This beautiful two-bedroom condo was just perfect for my friend & I on our recent visit to Sanibel. It was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed. It was really nice to have beach towels available plus beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. The property owner was very helpful & she provided suggestions on restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Sanibel.

Perfect family beach stay

Paula's place at the Sundial was the ideal spot for our family's Labor Day weekend get away. The condo was clean and bright. We enjoyed being on the top floor for the views. The layout was simple but smart for its size. We had everything we needed for cooking and eating meals together at the large dining table which we really appreciated. We especially loved having use of the sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas! The Sundial's amenities were very accessible and everyone was super friendly. Paula's place was a wonderful place for our family to recreate and relax together. We hope to return soon!

Celebrating Milestone Birthdays

Four friends and I spent the week at the beach to celebrate our milestone birthdays this year! The unit was clean and well stocked when we arrived. We particularly appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas provided! Both the pool and beach are within easy walking distance. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Nice, well appointed condo. Not enough seating for a family of 5 in the living room, a bigger couch or another chair would be nice. Curtains in the living room are old, dated and falling apart. Great access to the beach!

Beautiful newly updated unit with great beach view.

Unit was beautifully decorated with upgraded housewares, bedding and beach needs. Perfect for a family we the all the local amenities. Pool was close and access to the beach was just after the pool. 4th floor was the only negative but we all got our steps in. They have a dolly to take to the elevator that is on the other side of the building. Great location, great unit.. definitely would stay again!

Condo experience

The condo was really pretty & well stocked with everything, including Kleenex. We loved the screened balcony. We only had problems with the elevator being far away & it malfunctioned one day, leaving us climbing 4 stories with an invalid husband. The “resort” part of the complex was only available for $50 + per day. We had a great time at the beach.

Unit G401 was lovely - very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a small screened-in porch and just about everything you need. The owner was helpful and even gave a list of restaurants in Sanibel. The gulf view was perhaps not as full as I’d expected, and looked over the roof of the pool in between two other buildings, but you could see the water. I wish it had had its own washing machine, however. There is one washer and dryer for the building, requiring quarters, and I can’t imagine how busy it would be in high season. Otherwise the place was perfect.

Great Location on the Beach

The property was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. Having the pool and beach right outside the door, plus the amenities and restaurants at the resort right next door made for an extremely stress free trip with our 4 and 6 year old. Can’t wait to go back to Sanibel!

Wonderful first Sanibel experience!

This was our first trip to Sanibel Island, had a great time! The condo was exactly as pictured and described. A top floor end unit is always a plus. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed spending time on the screened balcony that is off the main bedroom and living room. Outside the main bedroom and living room is a courtyard area with a fountain, enjoyed the quiet sound of the water. There is a market in the resort that is a short walk away, we found that to be very convenient - there is a deli there and we bought breakfast and lunch items there to have on hand. The pool is right by the building, very convenient. A short walk from the condo to the beach, loved all the beach items on the balcony for guests to use. We rented bikes during our stay, they were conveniently delivered to the bike rack at the end of the building. I had a couple questions, Larry responded very quickly. Check in and check out was clearly explained, we had no issues with either. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo.
