Sundial B306--Direct Beachview, Newly Renovated, Steps to Beach


Sundial B306 unit Sunsanibel has a direct oceanview complete with sliding glass doors to screened lanai that open full width of the living room to allow for sea breezes and sounds the surf. B306 was completely renovated and refurnished in 2025 with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, plank tile throughout (no carpeting). Furnishings replaced in 2025 Our condo sleeps 6 (king bed, two queens in guest room), is fully equipped, and decorated in tropical colors. Because this is our own vacation home, we furnish some extras--washer/dryer, ceiling fans as well as AC, 3 smart TVs, free wifi, hair dryers in baths, beach chairs, beach towels, & wagon for the beach, beach toys, games, books, etc. High chair available for our younger guests. Keyless entry--no running around to pick-up keys!

More favorable rates are weekly Sat. to Sat. This is a separate property from the adjoining Sundial Resort and rates are significantly lower.

Also available is B307, 1-bedroom (sleeps 4)--next door VRBO #79271 and Sundial F401,2-bedroom/2 bath, beachfront with wrap around balcony VRBO #200967.

The Sundial offers, 1/2 mi. of uncrowded beach, condo pool, BBQ grills, free wireless internet, and shuffleboard . Available to the public at the adjoining, separate Sundial Resort are the restaurant, tiki bar, pizza kitchen, restaurants, convenience store, tennis & pickleball (fee), spa services. We had a fantastic stay at this Sanibel Island property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and bike trails.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. We especially loved the screened-in porch for morning coffee and evening sunsets. It truly felt like a home away from home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway on Sanibel Island.

Great location, view of beach and cleanliness. Property remains under repair with elevator and pool still out of operation however no issue as the beach was perfect to cool in and the stairs offered good exercise. Very nice and memorable week.

Comfortable and close to the beach

I chose this condo for the easy walk to the beach for my medically complex child and so that my teenager could independently go between the condo and the beach. It worked perfect for that and had a lovely view of the ocean. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was easy to get back and forth to the beach.

B306 was a very clean, neatly appointed two bedroom condominium at Sundial West. Great location on the island. The community is well maintained. The beach and pool were great. The view from the balcony was very nice. This was a very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely consider going back!

As advertised!

The resort as a whole is fantastic and this condo was located close enough to everything. There was a small pool about a minute walk away and the main pool is about a 3 minute walk. The view of the ocean from our room was amazing and getting to the beach was quick too! The owner really tries to provide the same essentials you'd find in a hotel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion... etc. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances. It really was a great stay!

We stayed at Candy’s Sundial B306 property. The pictures of the property do not give this property justice at all. It is better in person then the photos show. The view was incredible. My family of 6 all stayed here for a week. My boyfriend and I slept in the master bedroom, my 19 and 12 year old daughters shared the queen bed and my 12 year old son slept in the twin bed while my 15 year old son slept on the sofa sleeper in the living room. We were cozy but very comfortable. Candy's property is very affordable and reasonably priced. The sundial property and parking was easy to get in and out of and easy to park at. I strongly recommend working with Candy.

Great condo, perfect location and view!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very bright and beachy. The view was amazing and we loved to sit on the screened balcony and listen to the waves. The grounds to the property were very clean. Candy was great with communication and made our check in process very smooth. The beach and pool access are both super close. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas provided for the beach. The washer and dryer were a big plus! The little marketplace and restaurants at the Sundial resort are right there. We rode our bikes over to grab snacks and have ice cream. There were plenty of towels and linens available . We had a wonderful stay and would love to return some day!

Good location to pool and beach. Older property but landscaping is kept nice. Pool was kind of small for all the buildings that used it. Beach was beautiful and had lots of shells!
