Lovely house with sauna close to ski area

Accommodation description:
This modern and newly built chalet is located near the Kreischberg ski area in the versatile holiday region of Murau-Kreischberg. The chalet has a great location. The centre of the cosy village of St. Lorenzen, the ski lifts and the public swimming pool are within walking distance. In addition, the train station is only a few minutes' walk away, from where you can take a nostalgic ride on the steam train in summer

This detached chalet offers a magnificent view of the mountains from the dining room. In summer you can dine on the large, cosy and partly covered terrace. There are two parking spaces in front of the chalet.

There is plenty to do for active holidaymakers both in summer and winter. Since this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism, you can enjoy peace and relaxation here in particular.

In the winter months, a thick blanket of snow transforms the Murau-Kreischberg holiday region into a true winter fairytale. The ski area is right on your doorstep. Snow-sure, wide slopes and renewed lifts make this ski area a wonderful place for the whole family. There is a great fun park. Warm fires burn in the cosy mountain huts on the slopes, it is still 'cosy' here. Many other winter sports activities await in the valley. Wonderful cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails criss-cross the pristine white alpine meadows. Those who want to toboggan will find wonderful toboggan runs in the immediate vicinity.

In summer you can hike in the mountains or cycle along the Mur cycle path. Rarely have you seen such a beautiful view or been so welcomed in a mountain hut. The nature of this region is colourful with green mountains and blue lakes. Back in the village, the beautiful public swimming pool with its large sunbathing lawn offers great swimming and playing opportunities for children. The medieval town of Murau is an absolute must. As is the route to and a visit to the city of Klagenfurt. Finally, the Sölkpass is also very rewarding for car and motorbike drivers. Thanks to its versatility, the area offers a unique holiday for every guest
