The staff was very welcoming especially Petra. She was amazing. We loved everything about our stay. The breakfast was excellent. I would do the prepay again!!

Stay was amaizing, welcoming was very professional and nice, Mrs Diana was very helpful to my wife and me. She explained everything we asked and gave us informstion we needed. We have really nice expierence with hotell staff. Hope next time we stay longer.

The hotel was a little walk from downtown, but I felt comfortable walking through the neighborhoods at night. It was very easy to walk from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to downtown Villach. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; the manager was positively the best. She gave me great recommendations and was very quick in responding to my emails. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet her to thank her in person.

We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset.
