Ouch. Overall, poorly maintained and fast talking front desk staff that are slapdash and not thorough or thoughtful. Grest breakfast. Nice swimming pool but plastic liner is disintegrating. Details: Tv did not turn on, required room service to open electrical breaker box in room. Hurried talking front desk. Bus loads of tourists. It's also a wedding venue No battery in safe and front desk giving us lessons how to use safe I stead of taking our word that it lacked power. . wire exposed on hair dryer fixed not fixed. Return to room in evening neither room key worked; front desk said it's due to contact with mobile phone. But it was in an RFD pack. Key reset and same thing happened next night. Obsolete. Turns out someone maybe cleaners had left a key card inserted inside the room possibly cleaning staff Sink stopper didn't work Both bedside reading lights did not work and couldn't be repaired. Toilet brush handle broken Cigarette burns on carpet King size bed has queen size duvet that barely fits. Tired curtains and carpet with cigarette burns

What a fantastic week my family and I had here. The staff were really friendly and available whenever we needed them. A special thanks to Mr Siyani who helped us with a few issues with our first room and resolved really quickly and professionally, you are a credit to Nevali Hotel. Services were fantastic, great choice of food, good facilite, easy parking and always greeted with a smile. Great location and walkable to the main streets and short drive to the local tourist sites. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and hope to come back one day! Teşekkürler Ederim.

Great location, however our latest stay was marred by the constant decline of the electric room access card. This happened every time we had to access the rooms. The front desk staff were more interested in checking us out, literally after a few hours of our arrival and ever time we had to the have card rebooted. Bedding needs to change including pillows, not up to 5 star standards. If I ever revisit Urfa unless the price is right I will look at alternatives.

Don’t be put off by the negative comments, this was a wonderful stay. The staff could not be more accommodating, from the front door, reception, waiters and cleaners. One or 2 do speak English well. The rooms are huge, WiFi worked well, breakfast was decent. Surrounding area is great with a supermarket next door, a small outlet across the road, many shops and eateries and best of all a lovely walk to main areas including the fish lake and cave of hzr Ibrahim.

Great Location

Wonderful 5 stars hotel in a great position in the city. close to the main area in Urfa & on the main road connecting it to other destricts. the terrace in the top is wonderful. breakfast was delicious. rooms are big & comfortable.

I just enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor terrace only. The hotel service is terrible and only one waiter can speak English. The receptionist asked me for a USD 100.00 as deposit upon checking in and as I check out, they claimed that they did not receive any cash money and got ripped off. I sent an email to the management and asked a local friend to go back to the hotel manager and ask for my money back, but they denied recieving any cash. We even invited them to check their CCTV camera and see if I paid the money, they refused.
