The apartment of 87m2 is in a quiet place close to all services and 5 minutes by car from the beach of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, 33km from Girona Airport and 8km from Platja d'Aro. It is located on the second floor and has a private terrace with outdoor furniture and a shared pool with a large garden area. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, kitchen equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, AC, winter heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included, and private parking space in the garage for one car.
