This pleasant and cozy rural house is ideal to enjoy nature with family and friends. It is located in the quiet town of Sant Jordi Desvalls, a short distance from the Costa Brava and the city of Girona.This beautiful house is divided into 3 floors and is equipped for a total of 16 people.On the ground floor there is a cozy living-dining room together with a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large terrace perfect to enjoy the tranquility or relax after an excursion through the trails and valleys of the area.On the first and second floors are the comfortable rooms together with a living room on each floor. It also has a pool table and an outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the beautiful nature of the area!In the outside of the house there is an exclusive pool and relaxation area for our guests. This pool area is fully fenced. The pool has a very nice water fountain that is turned on from a button. There are hammocks and parasols to make the most of your vacation in this beautiful farmhouse.Finally, next to the pool there is a small space of "soccer field" ideal for the little ones to play.In summary, this "Masia" is ideal to come to enjoy and disconnect with total privacy and tranquility!Location:Sant Jordi Desvalls is the perfect destination for your holidays in the Empordà with wonderful nature in every corner.Girona, is a few minutes away by car and offers all kinds of leisure, adventure, restaurant and shopping services. On the other hand, with L’Estartit and L’Escala within walking distance, they can also enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava.Conditions:From the 12th guest on there applies a extra fee of 22€/person/night for guests nº 13, 14, 15 and 16.
