Located just minutes from the airport, beaches, shopping, and Ibiza’s famous nightlife, Villa Suki combines comfort, privacy, and convenience - perfect for relaxed days by the pool and easy access to the island’s highlights.
The space
Single-level villa, ideal for group stays, featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area with direct access to the outdoors.
The private garden is a real highlight, with a swimming pool, multiple sun loungers, two large Bali-style chill-out beds, a BBQ area fully rebuilt in 2025, and a large wooden terrace table - perfect for long meals and relaxed moments together outdoors.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire villa, including the house, garden, terraces, and pool.
The only restricted area is a small outdoor wooden shed used exclusively for garden equipment storage.

Local tourist tax (EcoTasa)
In line with local regulations in the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax (EcoTasa) applies. The amount is 2,20 per person per night and is collected separately. This can be settled in cash or by credit card.
Pool & garden maintenance
The pool and garden are professionally maintained. A member of the maintenance team will access the outdoor areas once or twice per week, usually in the morning, to ensure everything remains in good condition.
Parties & events
The villa is designed for responsible group stays and socialising, but it is not suitable for parties or events. Out of respect for neighbours and local regulations, excessive noise, external guests, DJs, or organised events are not permitted.
