Spanning over two floors and covering 220 m², Villa Cormac features three en-suite bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning for comfort. The spacious living room and open-plan dining area flow effortlessly into a fully equipped modern kitchen, ideal for gatherings and relaxing after a day of exploring.
The outdoor spaces are equally inviting, with a comfortable porch that includes plush seating, perfect for lounging while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. A covered barbecue and dining area provide an excellent spot for al fresco meals with breathtaking views of the valley. Just a few steps away is the private swimming pool (5 x 10 metres), bordered by a sun-drenched terrace furnished with teak loungers and parasols, ideal for relaxing in the Mediterranean sun.
