The villa is a beautiful villa located in the center of Binibeca Nou just 300 meters from the white sand beach of Binibeca.
This villa has been recently renovated and consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds, each bedroom with air conditioning, it also has 2 full bathrooms.
The modern style kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your stay very comfortable. There is a large living room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV and a separate dining room.
The large terrace has sea views and a barbecue. There is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is a canopy cover to provide shade.
Outside you will find your own private pool with sun loungers.
Nearby you will find supermarkets, bars and leisure areas such as kayaking, bicycles, diving, etc. Several restaurants a few meters from the famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell.
In addition to the Binibeca beach, you will also find the beaches of Binisafua, Punta Prima, Alcaufar or if you prefer swimming on the rocks, just 800 m away you will find the Binibeca Vell platforms, a little further but about 5 minutes by car, there is the famous cove of Ses Ollas in Binisafua Rotter.
The house is very well located, close to everything.
