It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, internet access (Wi-Fi), balcony, electric radiators heating, air conditioning only in the living room, garage in the same building, 1 TV, satellite. The independent kitchen, with vitroceramic, is equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery / cutlery, utensils / kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and juicer. 3 bathrooms: Upper floor complete bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and washing machine. Main floor shower room with toilet and sink. Basement floor shower room with two showers and sink. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds and a trundle bed, with capacity for 6 people. It has a fence for children on the stairs of the upper floor to avoid the fall of the small ones.Garage basement with access through a ramp from the road open interior in farm.
