Villa Lina is a modern two-room apartment located in an ancient building in Sant'Agnello, a few steps from the city centre, the station and also from the famous Marinella area.

Its strategic location, just outside the main square, but close to the beaches of both Piano di Sorrento and Sant'Agnello, makes it ideal for visiting Sorrento, Pompei, Capri and the Amalfi Coast, but also convenient for those who prefer to go to the beach, directly on foot. The street where the house is located is a wide tree-lined avenue surrounded by typical lemon groves.



APARTMENT DETAILS:

The apartment is located on the first floor of an old building without a lift. The entrance leads directly into the living room, a spacious bright room with the kitchenette on the right, consisting of: electric oven, induction hob with four burners, microwave, fridge with freezer, sink. The kitchen is already equipped with pots and essential cooking items. The bathroom has a spacious shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. In the living room there is a sofa bed, table with chairs, air conditioning. From the living room, you can access the external terrace, furnished with a table and chairs and a small patio.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a single bed, large wardrobe, make-up vanity, TV with flat screen and air conditioning.

The property also has a parking space in the adjacent garden and a washing machine.



Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.



LATE CHECK-IN: Please note that for arrivals from 8:00 PM, a supplement of €30 will be applied.



For arrivals from 11:00 pm, the supplement is € 50.



All customers must provide an identity document upon arrival.

The accommodation tax amounts to £2.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
