Avoid

The worst customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel. On the outside the hotel looks nice but as soon as you have an issue staff are unable to deal with it and management are unwilling to see the customer’s point of view. I was told by a staff member last night I would receive a partial refund for issues encountered - management (who were unavailable on the day of check out with no deputy in place) have emailed today to say this is not the case. The attitude of the manager is really poor and I have never received a response such as this at a hotel before. Poor air conditioning, dirty towels, having to change my own bedsheets and issues around payment are only some of the problems I had. What could have been a lovely stay in a lovely property has been let down by terrible management and guest services. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

This is the perfect place to experience the elegance and charm of true Italy. The villa is beautiful and peaceful, with high-ceiling rooms, tasteful interiors, and spotless cleanliness. The breakfasts were fresh and flavorful, and the staff was attentive and professional. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

We had a fantastic stay at Relais Villa Savarese, we could genuinely not fault it. From the gorgeous building, driveway and pool to the staff who went above and beyond for us. The hotel was extremely quiet and very clean. The staff let us keep our key at the front desk whilst we went exploring which was a lovely added bonus. The walk into Sorrento was around 20-25 minutes which we didn't mind with such gorgeous weather - it was also very convenient as it was only a 10 minute walk from Sant'Agnello train station and bus stop for our transfers to and from Naples Airport. I hope to visit again!

Good experience great for couples

The room was spacious and comfortable, shower was great. It was a little noisy from inside the room, we could hear the other rooms bathroom (shower, toilet noise) and the reception phone ringing. The service from the staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, but often ran out of some things and not much hot selection. Overall we enjoyed the hotel, comfortable room, great pool area and helpful staff 😄

Property was very nice with a Beautiful walk up to the main lobby. We had the top room with our own terrace which was so nice and made it that much more enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was the best we have had on the trip with so many tasty options and one of the best cappuccinos I have ever had. The staff were also amazing and even made us a box of breakfast when we left since we were gone before breakfast started. Overall great stay would recommend !
