The farmhouse is 4 km from the center of the village of Sant'Angelo in Pontano, a strategic point halfway between the mountain and the beach, a 20-minute drive from the ski resort of Sarnano and 40 minutes from the sea at Porto San Giorgio, Porto Sant'Elpidio and Civitanova Marche.
The structure is ideal for those looking for a holiday in contact with nature, for those who want to enjoy the sun and relax on the panoramic terrace of 100 square meters, equipped with a solarium and a dining table. From here it is possible to admire breathtaking sceneries where, among cultivated fields and woods, more than ten countries of Macerata and Fermano, rich in history, art and craftsmanship, stand out.
The "Casale San Martino" was born from the idea of welcoming our guests in an ancient farmhouse recently rebuilt according to earthquake regulations, respecting the construction tradition of our land with stone walls, ceilings with exposed wooden beams and floors in cooked.
