Great stay. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They helped us out with any questions or requests we had. The location was excellent as well. Close to food, shopping, and mainly the Basilica. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful property! It's in a historic building and as soon as you walk in, it feels like you're being transported to the glamorous times of yesteryear. It's been one of the most beautiful hotel rooms we've ever been in. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer a good, healthy breakfast with several choices. It's within walking distance from central Santa Ana with plenty of shopping and restaurants available. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but inside it's a hidden jewel! Other perks include plenty of parking spaces and a rooftop terrace.

I'm sad to leave a bad review, because the staff was great all along, attentive to our situation and quick in fixing it! The issue was with the state of the room. The shower had poor pressure. There was a cockroach lying dead on the bathroom floor. And to top it all, all three beds had sand on the sheets... needless to say we were disappointed

The staff were very attentive special the guy at the front desk . He helped us carry our luggage to the second floor , he explained the building it’s a historical building so they can’t make changes . The issue is that we found ants in the room and the towel had stain on them . Also the flow of the water in the shower was very very low I couldn’t even wash my hair. Parking it’s very small also .

Loved the large rooms. A bit sparse… no table, rug or couch like my daughter’s room. It was a very interesting building, close to downtown and definitely would stay again.

Muy mal servicio lamentablemente,después de muchas estadías en este hotel y que fui atendida bien hoy estaba una señora que jamás había visto y me obligó a pagar $25 por dejar el hotel despué de las 2 de la tarde antes de las 2:30 mal presedente , ella los llevará al fracaso por ser un mal administrador si es que lo es hasta hoy no se ni que posición tenía

The first day was a complete disaster, noise everywhere that lasted until almost 3 in the morning, my son who was outside the hotel came back late and couldn't find anyone to open the main door, he had to jump over the main door that leads to the parking lot, very good breakfasts, special thanks to Joselyn, a waitress with impeccable professionalism.

Fantastic stay in Santa Ana

They went above and beyond. Osmond was amazing. He was very attentive and mindful of our time. He even went next door and changed money for us. We also needed breakfast early in the morning and he accommodated. Jose, the parking attendant, was about as friendly as one could be. He would also stop traffic in the street when we were leaving. They all had huge smiles on their faces the whole time.
