We had a lot of homeless people around the house, which was a little disturbing. Also, the house looks like it has had a lot of renters; everything seems worn out.

Loved staying at this house! Super clean and comfortable beds. It’s super close to Disneyland and only 30 minutes to the beach. Didn’t do much cooking with the kitchen was stocked with lots of supplies/spices. Host was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful!! My daughter loved the pool. We stayed 3 nights and would most definitely stay again!

The place was okay; it worked for our needs. It was not as clean as others mentioned. The high chairs were left in the dining room, which we did not need or didn't request. A pair of underwear were left on the floor in one bedroom and the towels were damp upon our arrival. The dishwasher didn't work. I let the owner/manager know. The condo would be nice for families. It should be more clear that the condo is on a very busy road - loud noise - and bright lights from across the street. There are also a lot of stairs - 3 story condo. The bottom of the listing does say "there is no elevator" but I didn't see it when booking. Anyone with mobility issues will have trouble as 3 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. 1 bedroom is on the bottom floor.

The only reason it’s a 4 and not 5 is the description. It’s a 3 story house, therefore, 2 sets of stairs. Which was not mentioned. I personally hate stairs. Also, it says “with a pool” which is partially true. It has access to a pool. Not a house with a private pool. The house was nice. Minivan and small SUV fit into the garage. The kitchen and living room (2nd floor) was nice and spacious. Baby gates were provided so my granddaughter and grand niece couldn’t take a tumble down the stairs. They had enough play area. Rooms were nice and comfortable. I personally wouldn’t stay again only because of the stairs. So if you don’t mind stairs, this is a good place to stay. Very spacious. Host attentive and while one little problem couldn’t be fixed right away, they answered.

This house was perfect! I go to Disneyland 1-2 times a year and this was my top 2 rentals. We had 12 of us and didn’t feel crowded at all. The host was nice, house was in a great shape, no bugs and very spacious. I own a cleaning company and do vacation homes so I can be very picky but we had zero complaints! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!!!

So Cal Family trip

This property was really good for our needs. It has 4 bedrooms. The host provided pack n plays for the babies to sleep in. And provide high chairs for the babies to eat in. It was centrally located for all the activities that we had planned. There is a pool and small playground at the property for the kids to play in. All our needs were met. Even had toys for the kids to play with at the house, and beach toys to take to the beach. I would stay here again.
