The place isn't a hotel it is a huge villa complex. Its for locals with a car as totally isolated. When I arrived on Sunday it was a 20 min walk with my luggage to the villa. In 40°C heat. The TV never worked. 20 min drive by uber to an ATM. Nobody had a clue how to go whale watching the only activity tourists go for.

The room was good, the staff very courteous, the restaurant needs better options. The menú font is too small, and the lamination is foggy, making it harder to read. The chairs in the restaurant could be better and clean.

Room 164 was old and the restroom was old and just ok on the cleanliness. The food is ok but over price and the DJ at the pool is horrible. The beach is amazing specially in the early morning. The customer service is really good

service need to be 90% attention. food is terrible and food is same everyday not the much choices. got to carry money or open an account with id to request drinks. Water is not clean smells nasty cloths smells bad after been in the pool. Beach is not what they shows in picture there is no sand beach just rocks their advertising is total false. will never go back to.
