The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm.
This 363 sqft king-bed unit is ideal for 2 guests and has a flat-screen Sony Smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a shower/bathtub and a full kitchen with Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave & fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per stay. Studio units include remote controlled skylights to ensure full room darkness.
*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.*

Free street parking is available if the lots are full. 5 EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay; logging into the Tesla pay app is needed to charge ($0.30/kW). Casa De La Vina staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.
