Nestled at the top of the hill on Whitney Ave, Whitney`s Oceanview Studio is a 1bed/1bath guest house with amazing ocean views and a wonderful courtyard out front to relax and unwind. This unit is completely separate on the bottom floor of the home with a long-term tenant upstairs.

Beautiful view, great location! Easy walk to coffee and beach park… short drive to Santa Barbara, Montecito, etc! Owner was easy to communicate with access to apartment was easy and secure… beware that bathroom walls do not reach ceiling so acoustically integrated… recommend!
