Oceanfront Cottage on the Sand at Miramar Beach

This special beach house is on the sand at Miramar Beach and access via stairs. The front door is down a set of stairs from the parking lot above. The upstairs consists of the living room, full kitchen, full bath with shower, and primary bedroom with king bed. The large deck is also upstairs.

Downstairs is accessed via EXTERIOR stairs. Please note this detail if you are traveling with young children. The downstairs area consists of two twin beds (that can be made into a king upon request) and a comfy couch that pulls out to a queen sized bed (linens, duvet, and pillows are provided for this pullout). There is also a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo downstairs and a washer and dryer.

There is also a smaller lower patio off of the downstairs with all the outdoor beach gear and outdoor shower.

The guests have access to the whole house. No parts of the home are shared aside from the two steps to the sand from the lower level. These steps are shared with the next door neighbor.
