Beautiful Montecito Getaway

My fiancé and I stayed here for a a wedding in the area this past weekend. This was the perfect place to stay! The home is very private and quiet, set back off the highway but easily accessible to the beach and town. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Huge bathroom and shower was a plus! Overall I highly recommend this wonderful place for a couple to stay while in the area. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality Carla!

LOVE this place!

My fiancé and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend, the place is absolutely beautiful and you can’t beat the location. The place is clean, a large pool, and a short drive from anything you would need. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Magical oasis

The wife and I stayed for a midweek stay and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the accomodations were. The grounds are spectacular. The pool area affords plenty of room for proper social distancing. Carla is a wonderful host and exudes charm and friendliness. The facilities allow for pets which is a plus. Overall I would highly recommend staying here when visiting the Santa Barbara area.

Well managed property in lovely setting. Host was most gracious and informative. While the property was chosen because of proximity to planned activities in the area, it definitely exceeded expectations. 'Tis a place we'd readily use again, if in the area.

Wonderful place to stay in Montecito

This place was perfect for our 10 days' stay in Montecito in early March. Carla was a great host and everything we could have asked for was available, including a very comfortable king bed, a hot tub (that got really hot) and small pool, nice tables, chairs and deckchairs to enjoy the sun, and a laundry room. Everything was quiet and we rarely saw the other guests. The beautiful, well maintained property is situated conveniently between Santa Barbara and Carpinteria. We will be back!

Mentecito Gem

Carla and David were great hosts and the room provided everything you could need all well maintained and in working order. Lovely furnished with very comfortable bed. Large private bath and huge closet. Beautiful glass double doors opened out to a small garden. The communal pool area is very casual and I saw a shooting star one night! This is a gated property in one of the most beautiful areas of the Santa Barbara foothills.

Cozy and convenient

This is the second time that we have stayed here and we had another pleasant stay. Carla and David are very nice and accommodating and the location works very well for us with great proximity to things we are doing in Montecito and Summerland. Hope to return again.
