Excellent location. Close to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn, and easy access to all St George area attractions. Quiet gated Lava Falls at Entrada. We have stayed at Lava Falls many times in the past and in this unit in particular. Clean and comfortable. We will return.

Coach in for LPGA event

Place was absolutely outstanding. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and house had everything that you would need and the pool and hot tub are about 30-40 steps from front door. The price was fabulous as well.

Worst Experience

We got to the property and it was FILTHY. No one had cleaned after the previous guests…Dirty sheets in a ball on the beds, crumbs on the counter, trash on the floor…I opened the cabinet to get cleaner to clean the crumbs and the only cleaner had been diluted with so much water, it would have been useless (I have pix I can provide) …Kept trying to contact the owner…only received dispatch for the property manager. It took them over 2 hours to even get back to us and tell us they would relocated us to a less convenient property 20 min away. Stay away. This was the worst rental experience EVER

Wonderful Property

This property was maintained well beyond my expectations. Even though pets are allowed, you would never know by how immaculately clean the property was. There are even supplies for your pet including a water bowl. The main bedroom shower is fantastic. The neighborhood is gated, quiet, and well-maintained.

Excellent rental!

Everything about the rental was terrific. Very clean, super comfy beds, loved that we could park in a garage, nice amenities. Beautiful neighborhood. Would recommend and would stay again. Only negative is that communication with property management company is terrible. On two occasions we waited more than 24 hours for a reply. Eventually we just called. Thankfully none of it was an urgent need.

Not a home but a condo community

Despite several references to this listing as a "home" it is actually a duplex/attached home/condo in a community. The photos of the unit and pool gives the impression that this is a home with a private pool, which it is not. It was nice though, just not very private...a good location for exploring the parks and hiking.
