It is one of the oldest houses in the city dating from 1520 and in its inner courtyard with a balcony of tea woods is the last "Snow and Ice Well" that exists in the city declared as a World Biosphere Reserve space. Completely renovated in 2018 consists of four Delux Apartments one of them duplex.
