Each unit has a bedroom separated from the living room-kitchen by a large wrought iron and glass sliding door that marks the personality in these apartments, the bathrooms also stand out for their design where the indisputable protagonists are the furniture under the sink, all different and original.
Building is located between the two best known streets of Santa Cruz, on one hand Calle del Castillo full of boutiques and more commercial brands (Zara, Uterqüe, Bimba y Lola, Mango ...) and on the other hand Calle Betancourt Afonso which stands out for its atmosphere and terraces. Also located a few meters from one of the most representative places of the capital, the Plaza de España. You can get to know the city and go on foot main places of interest; such as the Plaza del Príncipe, TEA (Tenerife Espacio de las Artes), La Iglesia San Francisco, the Guimerá Theater or the Mercado de Nuestra Señora de África.
