This modern and tastefully decorated 150 m² house is conveniently located near various top attractions in Caniço.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a widescreen smart TV with access to multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. Additionally, there's a private courtyard with seating areas where you can relax and bask in the sunny days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The house also provides a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The main bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the other bedroom has a double bed, both adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort.

The bathrooms are well-appointed with all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Several bus stops are just nearby.

Madeira Airport is an 11-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
