Overall was ok, my daughter enjoy the indoor pool. Staff could be more friendly and welcoming to anyone that pay to stay there. When checking in the customer before us got more attention since it was a regular base with the conversation I heard, when it was my time to check in I wasn’t ask about rewards program or anything like that. Receptionist was not welcoming and it seems she only was more friendly with some customers. We usually stay somewhere else but this time I decide to give it a try to another place since I came often to see family. Might not come back at this one for sure.

Great hotel with a nice room and a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. Since we stayed for 12 days, it was definitely a money saver. The only challenge we experienced was with housekeeping. The room wasn’t cleaned as regularly as we expected, and after several days we requested fresh sheets. An employee brought clean sheets to the room rather than changing them, which was a bit unexpected. After my husband contacted the front desk, someone did come and provide full service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but more consistent housekeeping would have made the experience even better.

Great stay. But I had reserved a room with a bath tub specifically. And it was a shower. I even double checked yet it said bath tub in the title and even had a picture of it. My son that has arthritis was not able to soak in the pain relief bath salts i had brought.

Our shower door was shattered at the bottom and one of our guest got glass in her foot. It made her and up leaving the trip early. Another person didn’t feel safe when the glass wasn’t fully cleaned and we weren’t moved rooms so she also left before the night was over. The hotel said they were going to reimburse us.

Hotel and room was nice and comfortable. Quiet. Only thing that was bothersome was the bathroom light would shut off while in there. My daughter was showering and the light went off. And also, the light when you first walk into the room kept turning on during all hours of the night. Other than that all was good.
