Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This cozy 4-bedroom, 2-bath beach house is a relaxing coastal retreat just a five-minute walk from beautiful Moran Lake Beach and a short drive to both the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and charming Capitola Village. With a private fenced backyard, a bubbling hot tub, and a BBQ grill, it’s the ideal setting for enjoying the laid-back beach lifestyle with family and friends.

Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and plenty of room for everyone. There are three king beds, one queen, and a twin bunk—comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, including children. The thoughtful layout and beachy touches make it feel like a true home away from home.

You’ll be just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and endless outdoor fun. Surfing, beach walks, and scenic trails are all within easy walking distance, so whether you're here to relax or adventure, everything is at your fingertips.

Pets are welcome with pre-approval and an additional pet fee of $35/ night/ per pet. Please note that all pets, including service animals, must be approved in advance.

Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of the master bedroom closet and the garage. Because we’re so close to the beach, you might notice a bit of Santa Cruz’s signature black sand—it tends to linger despite regular professional cleanings. Rest assured, the home is thoroughly cleaned after every stay, even if your feet find a little leftover beach dust!

To book, guests must be 25 years or older.

Pet Policy:
Pets must be over 1 year old and approved prior to booking. A $35/night fee per pet applies. Pets may not be left unattended in or on the property at any time. Please message us with details about your pet(s) before reserving.
