The amenities such as shampoo and body wash was not filled and appears shampoo was filled with dishwashing liquid. The sheets had stains on it. Smoke detector going off middle of night . Advertised 24 hr staff. Called and no one answered with phone just ringing. Went to office to ring bell and was standing there for 10 minutes with staff outside taking smoke break. Check out was horrible as it looked as though they were napping at 10:30 am

The room was fine, smelled very strongly of cleaning products when we first arrived. The hot tub and pool were nice but we had a stranger walk in our room, we believe it to be someone who worked at the hotel as they had a key and when we spoke to the front desk the man just said it was his fault and he’d comp us.
