Finca of approx. 720 m2 on a 40,000 m2 plot with a large infinity pool and an outdoor jacuzzi with magnificent views of Santa Eulalia and the sea. This villa, built in 2006 from an old existing villa, maintains the main features of Ibizan architecture and is surrounded by fruit trees and spectacular native vegetation that will make you discover the real Ibiza in a privileged environment, with total privacy and an unbeatable location. It has seven suites, all with en-suite bathrooms (three of which are master suites). Two outdoor porches with views, barbecue, pool, outdoor jacuzzi and all the necessary amenities. It also has: Outdoor jacuzzi, wifi in the living room, safes, air conditioning and central heating. The kitchen is a Siemens kitchen and has an induction hob, fridge, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave grill, steamer, deep fryer and iron. Cleaning service included in the price: 4 hours per day and 1 towel change during the week.
