Our place is located in the gated community of Rocca Llisa, near the City of Santa Eulalia on the island of Ibiza.

Incredible views in quiet area

We enjoyed this home very much! It was close to Cala Llonga (8-10 minute drive) and 20 minutes to Ibiza town. It would have been nice to have a microwave and toaster, but otherwise the home was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing stay & Views

The villa is lovely with the best view and great location located in a private community. We had rented a car to explore the island but really enjoyed coming back to relax at the villa. Host was responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Incredible View

This Villa has one of the best views iv seen! We visited Ibiza to attend our friends wedding and wasn't let down by our accommodation. The bedrooms were ensuite which was handy and the kitchen area was perfect for preparing breakfast and drinks. The living room sliding doors opened up onto the pool area and its beautiful view. I would certainly recommend staying here if you're spending time on the south side of the island. Approximately 15 minutes in a taxi to either Ibiza town or Santa Eulalia.

Der Ausblick war wunderschön. Das Haus war leider total heruntergekommen. Vieles war kaputt. Eine Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, die Jalousien sind kaputt sodass man morgens von der Sonne geweckt wurde und sich über den Tag eine extreme Hitze angestaut hat. Im Bad stinkt es aus der Lüftung und die Toiletten waren dreckig. Die Bettlaken hatten überall Flecken, der Pool war total dreckig und vergilbt. Am Tag unserer Abreise kam jemand um den Pool sauber zu machen und er wurde wieder weiß, was zeigt dass einfach nicht geputzt wurde bevor wir ankamen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr schlecht und unhöflich und auch den Fewo Kundenservice kann man schlecht erreichen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Perfect location for our trip in Ibiza, 20 min away by car from the city center. The neighborhood is calm and secure. Amazing view with an appreciated pool. The house has air-condition. However the blinds were broken and thus it was complicated to sleep in the dark. The water pressure in the showers was weak and therefore it was quite an effort to take a shower. Nonetheless, Christophe is a very accessible host and overall we had a perfect week in a great housing.

Das Haus gewinnt am Ende nur durch die Lage - Preis/Leistung stimmt leider nicht !

Es liegt wunderschön -> direkte Meerlinie. Von überall ist der Blick herrlich !! Besonders von den Schlafzimmern die oben liegen. Hier bequeme Betten und gute Matratzen. Sehr ruhig und nicht einzusehen. Wir hatten Glück es gab keine Nachbarn :-). Man hört die Flugzeuge aber das sollte man wissen wenn man Nähe Ibiza bucht. Alle 15-20 Minuten rauscht eins direkt rüber das ist dann schon laut (auch Nachts/früher Morgen). Es gab Probleme mit der Klimaanlage die wurden aber schnell behoben, das war super. Negatives: Keine Haken im Bad (Diese liegen unter dem Waschbecken?? Warum macht die keiner an die Wand ??) Man ist gezwungen diese draußen auf den Balkonboden zu legen (geht gar nicht!!!) Der Wasserdruck war unterirdisch. Eine Dusche im Dschungel wäre wahrscheinlich noch besser! Somit war der Boden auch recht eklig - ohne Badeschuhe ging es gar nicht. Leider ist auch die Sauberkeit insgesamt nicht sonderlich hoch angesehen. Scheiben ziemlich milchig und insgesamt viele Schrammen überall. Der dunkle Boden im gesamten Außenbereich- heizt sich so massiv hoch, dass man nicht ohne Schuhe gehen kann. Die Liegen auf den Bildern stehen gar nicht dort sondern Stoffstühle die absolut nicht praktisch sind und auch recht "versifft". Kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Die Handtücher kann man auch im Außenbereich nicht aufhängen.. Unser Resümee: Eine tolle Lage aber das Haus.... ? Wir würden es nicht mehr wählen... Es ist nun ja auch alles andere als günstig. Schade.

Très agréable séjour , appartement très fonctionnel et formidablement placé.

Amazing house with beautiful view

Amazing istylish decorated house - great location on the island. We stayed with two and had plenty of space. The pool is a great benefit to relax. Kitchen is well equipped and all utensils are there- same as bathroom. Perfect spot to have a super relaxing vacation.

Unsauberkeit des Objektes

Auf einem der Kissen auf dem Bett waren Blutspuren. Auf dem Sofa waren gelbe Flecken. Ein Badezimmer war von Ameisen besetzt. Die Utensilien in der Küche (Teller, Besteck) Waren sehr dreckig und man fand Rostspuren vor. Ein Klodeckel war locker und das Wasser aus der Duschbrause kam nur mit 10% Druck raus. Das scvwarze Holz um den Pool hat sich so aufgeheizt, dass es nicht möglich war dort ohne Schuhwerk langzugehen.

Haus mit gigamtischem Ausblick !

Das Haus hat eine einmalige Lage, ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Man hört und sieht das Meer :) Nach Ibiza-Stadt braucht man 20 Minuten. Es ist alles vorhanden, vom Geschirrspüler über Nespressomaschine über Haartrockner und Poolhandtücher, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Vista mozzafiato!

svegliarsi e vedere il mare non ha prezzo .. in qualsiasi parte della casa vedi sempre il mare e Formentera che è situata proprio davanti a te...la sera diventa magico... spettacolare..! Se tornassi , la riprenderei volentieri questo appartamento, situata in una zona privata dell’isola ... Tre stanze belle al piano di sopra arredate con l’indispensabile sotto , piscina , salotto e sala da pranzo vivibile! Bellissimo tutto, ve la consiglio!

Fantastic modern house in a beautiful and peacefull setting (not crowded) and stunning sea view

We had our stay in Ibiza in July-2018. Dutch family with two teenagers. This is our 4th year on the island and we always book a house including swimming pool. We were really excited about this house: * the house has a modern decor with nice decorations * all facilities work properly and are in good state (washing and drying machine, dishwasher, etc.). Two fridges which is handy for keeping drinks cold. * there is plenty of room in the bedrooms & bathrooms and place to store your clothes and suitcases. This has always been a bottle neck (owners lock certain closets and therefore you don't have enough room to store). PS. one bedroom is a little bit smaller but you can extend the bed from 1 to 2 persons if needed. The other 2 bedrooms have double beds. * the house is situated in the enclosed area of Roca LLisa (south east). 10 minutes from Amante beach club, 15 minutes from Ibiza town, etc. It is not crowded, the roads and infrastructure are nicely maintained, a lot of other high end villa's on walking distance * stunning view over the sea and rocky beaches. beautiful small sand beach is nearby after 5 min drive * the owner was very helpful when having questions or requests, (re)acts very swiftly I can really recommend this place and rate it as a very good price/quality !
