You could spend your entire trip in this peaceful and spacious home, but it is just a seven-minute drive from all of Santa Fe’s famous attractions and neighborhoods. The location offers true convenience, and secluded immersion in Santa Fe’s natural beauty.



LIVING AREA

The bricked entry leads to a sunken living room with a cozy fireplace surrounded by large windows that provide abundant light for both the living and dining rooms. The large family room with bookshelves, television, a wet bar and three quarter bath also shares this stunning view.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The large kitchen is fully-equipped for a home chef with modern appliances, including two ovens. Bar seating is available on the kitchen island. The formal dining space has abundant natural light from the large windows and seats six. A breakfast nook that seats four is just off of the dining room.



BED AND BATH

The home features two spacious primary suites with en-suite baths. The two guest rooms share a spacious bath and are passed by on the way to the owner's suite, complete with a fireplace, an outdoor deck, a large walk-in closet and bath with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. All of the bedrooms have king beds.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The beautifully landscaped flagstone patio features shaded dining for four and a gas grill for cooking outdoors. The back porch offers additional outdoor seating that overlooks the hillside. Steps lead down to a large patio and expansive backyard that seamlessly blends with the high desert landscape.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.

- Two of the guest bedrooms do not have vents for the evaporative cooler. The vents are located in the hallway, so the bedroom doors must be left open at night to keep those rooms cool.

Awesome Spot!!

What a great spot to visit Santa Fe. Close to everything. We skied several days and took in the town of Santa Fe. Everything was close. The home was incredible. Comfortable. Spacious. Large rooms and bathrooms. Huge deck in back and a secluded patio in the front back. Highly recommend this spot for your next Santa Fe vacation.

Great House!

For my wife's 50th - eight of us (four couples) enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Santa Fe. The house was super-clean upon our arrival. Each couple had a king-size bed. The kitchen is large and appropriately equipped for group breakfasts and dinners. The location is far enough away for seclusion and privacy, but a quick drive down the hill to the Plaza. When we return to Santa Fe, we will book this home again.

Beautiful Property but Some Problems

Enjoyed stay, beautiful property. Unfortunately we had several problems that need attention. (1) Door to balcony from hallway leading to master bedroom would not lock. We discovered last day of stay. Safety issue. (2). Swamp cooler over great room was extremely noisy. It sounded like loose metal parts flapping in the wind when on. It sounded like a freight train when starting up. (3) Water pressure in showers was extremely low. Hardly running. We live in southern Arizona where water is precious but even with a low pressure shower head we have a great flow. Beautiful property but we will look elsewhere for our next trip.

Girls trip to Santa Fe

This house was better than expected. The location was perfect and the home was comfortable and perfectly well equipped. It has 4 big king bedroom beds and we found ourselves wanting to stay and hang out at the home more than we imagined. Is 10/10 stay at this home again.

Beautiful home in lovely part of Santa Fe

This home was better than I expected. It is spacious, clean, has comfortable beds, is beautifully decorated and has an extremely well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is wonderful. It's on the road going up to Ski Santa Fe but still extremely close to down town Santa Fe. Location couldn't have been better for us. I loved the radiant heat in the tile floors and the quiet neighborhood. My family of 6 adults (3 couples) stayed here for a ski trip and it was absolutely perfect. I would definitely book this home again. I would also definitely use Two Casitas again.

We had a great time. Wonderful house. A few issues like the water and ice would not dispense in the fridge resulting in us buying water and ice. Also a leak in a window in the living room due to all the rain. Other than that wonderful.

My coworkers planned an offsite in Santa Fe and the house hosted by Two Casitas was perfect for us: spacious, open, clean. The property management company was responsive and helpful. The house is less than half a mile to the Dave Ball trail system and less than a ten minute drive to downtown Santa Fe.

Beautiful house, perfect stay

We were two families staying in this beautiful house and we had plenty of room to hang out as well as privacy when we wanted. Loved sitting on the back deck and looking out into the yard. It did not feel like you are in a neighborhood. The house is a short and easy drive into downtown Santa Fe. Everything was as advertised and communication was excellent.

Amazing, truly amazing!

My roommates from college and I pick a new city every year where we gather for a long weekend. With almost 15 rentals now in our mix, I can truly say this home is one of the finest. We enjoyed every aspect of it. It was truly an amazing, beautiful home.
