Nice apartment located on the first line of Can Picafort beach.

It is located on a second floor (with lift) and has 70 square metres and is distributed in a living-dining room with kitchen (fully equipped) in office, two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower.



It is very bright and has impressive views of the sea and the promenade of Can Picafort.



It has, in addition, a small terrace where you can relax thanks to its beautiful views while having a refreshment or enjoying a dinner.

The area where it is located is unbeatable, as it is located right in the centre close to all services (bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets) but at the same time in a quiet area. Ideal for families.



Can Picafort is a coastal town in Mallorca, Balearic Islands, which belongs to the municipality of Santa Margarita. It is located in the Bay of Alcudia about 10 kilometres from Santa Margarita, northeast of the city of Palma de Mallorca, on the north coast of the island.

It is an important tourist centre with a wide hotel and restaurant offering. Can Picafort is one of the main tourist centres on the island, offering a wide variety of services and attractions that visitors enjoy each year.

In the Son Bauló District, there is a small protected natural space where a large amount of wildlife can be seen, such as turtles, red pheasants, hares, rabbits, weasels, dormice and Algerian hedgehogs. In this area, there are important archaeological excavations, most of which date from the pre-Roman era. The most famous are the Royal Necropolis or the Phoenician Cemetery.
