Located in Can Picafort, a summer resort for many islanders. This area of Mallorca is ideal for hiking,

water sports, nightlife, shopping...



Cozy 3-story semi-detached house. It has a capacity for 6 guests.

On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped and furnished kitchen, a toilet and a living dining room with air conditioning and fireplace,

with direct access to the main terrace of the house.

On the first floor, 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. Another bedroom with two single beds

and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the hall on the first floor there is an air conditioning unit that cools the rooms.

On the second floor there is the third bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom has a private terrace with views of the pine forest.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Das Haus an sich war schön , nur die innen Einrichtung war alt. Im Bad z.b lief der abfluss nicht . Küchen Wasserarmatur lief nicht und war total verkaklt. Die Duschen im 2.Bad konnte man nicht aufs Duschkopf umstellen. Klimaanlage muss dringend gereinigt werden. Ich fand das haus hat zuviel gegenstücke " Möbel die nicht da sein soll. Wen der Besitzer sich mühe macht und par Renovierungs arbeiten macht, ist es ne sehr gute Anlage .
