Large holiday home near the sea in a quiet location in the popular tourist resort of Can Picafort, just 150 metres from the beach.



You will find rest and relaxation in this holiday home in the popular location of Can Picafort.

The beach is just 150 m away and all services are within reach, as there are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby.

The house is divided into two floors and offers comfort for 6 people in a habitable area of 135 m².

On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a cosy living and dining area. The 3 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x 2 single beds) as well as the bathroom with bathtub are located on the upper floor.

There is air conditioning in the living-dining room, as well as in the corridor in front of the three bedrooms.

The house offers you a terrace at the front of the house, a balcony on the upper floor and a garden at the back, where there are comfortable garden furniture so that you can take your meals outdoors or simply enjoy the company.
