3 bedrooms on the first floor, with a combination of double and single beds (ideal for families or small groups).



2 bathrooms with shower, one on each floor, for greater comfort.



Fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and open-plan style, connected to the living room.



Living room with comfortable furniture and TV with satellite (channels in Spanish, English and German).



For your comfort in any season, the house has air conditioning and a heat pump, and in winter it has a pellet stove.

A refundable deposit will be charged.

To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
