- The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as the final cleaning of the property. The property is handed over completely clean, tidy and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
- 24-hour assistance is provided throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any requirements, and at night we attend to urgent matters to ensure guests’ peace of mind.
- Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, who will provide a full introduction to the property, answer any questions and hand over and collect the keys.
- Upon booking, guests will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all of which are integrated into the booking confirmation.
Rules and timetable: Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Parties, events and pets are not permitted.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guest from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay. No charge will be made to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be disposed of in advance at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodation is required to charge guests aged 16 and over the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, to be paid on departure. The meter will be read on arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where it is possible to add an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Note 5. Check-in after 10.00 pm incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50; however, there is the option of self-check-in with a welcome from staff the following day. Where late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 13:00 and €160 until 16:00.
