Beautiful location

Very much enjoyed the location of this apartment. Right on the sea front and the views were incredible. Well stocked kitchen. Facilites and restaurants within walking distance. Francsica was helpful and allowed us a later check out time as our flight was later in the day. That was really helpful.

The most relaxing vacation ever

I can't imagine staying at a better place in Mallorca. The place was perfectly situated between two small town hubs so that it was convenient to restaurants and shops, but never too busy. The place is self is gorgeous. The marble staircase, the roominess, the comfort and simple elegance of it made it ideal. The balconies is where we spent most of our time. I filmed the views from there and watch the videos often while listening to Radio Mallorca on my computer. It almost takes me back. Finally, Francisca is so thoughtful and kind. Even though we messed up our time of arrival, she was patient, cheerful, and helpful. We could not have asked for better. Thanks!

Incredible location and views, great host

Incredible location and views, 2 large balconies, plenty of space, exceptionally pleasent location just next to the seaside promenade. The apartment is well equipped. The beautiful beach of Can Picafort is in short walking distance - the smaller Son Baulo bay as well. Parking is easy and free. Francisca is very kind and a great host.

Beautiful location. Beautiful sea. Easy access to Can Picafort

Francisca was charming and helpful. On arrival she had provided essential items such as tea coffee and milk. Plus some goodies. Towels were plentiful. The location is away from the more commercial part and this allowed us to see how the locals also enjoy living so close to the sea. The sloping jetty was indeed in front of the apartment which was great for the accomplished swimmer and for snorkeling. For those less accomplished there is such a fabulous choice of beaches close by. We only wished we'd taken an underwater camera. Totally enjoyed our stay and the ten days went far too quickly.

Our holiday in Mallorca in July

We loved staying in Can Picafort in this lovely villa, the setting was wonderful and relaxing. The pictures don’t do it justice as to how great the location is. Francisca and husband were extremely helpful and we hope to return someday!!

Emplacement exceptionnel

Une vue époustouflante pour cet appartement de 120 mètres carrés spacieux et totalement au calme mais à proximité des restaurants et de la très belle plage de San Baulo. Francisca et sa famille sont adorables, allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne regretterez pas.

Wundervoll

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich schön und die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend.Wir wurden bereits bei Anreise an der Unterkunft in Empfang genommen. Es waren Snacks, Kaffeekapseln, Getränke und Waschmittel bereit gestellt. Tips für die Umgebung haben wir auch bekommen, zb wo man gut Essen gehen kann.Alles in allem eine Tolle Erfahrung

Schöner Aufenthalt bei netten Gastgebern

Sehr freundliche Aufnahme. Alles was wir brauchten war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren in allen Belangen sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten imit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil um umliegende größere Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind umliegend vorhanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Allerdings sollte man mit Kleinkind aufpassen und ein Auge auf die offene Treppe haben.

Einfach nur schön!

Unsere Tochter und Schwiegersohn sowie mein Mann und ich haben wunderschöne 14 Tage in der Wohnung verlebt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt am Meer und etwas außerhalb von Can Picafort. Wir sind ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Promenade gelaufen, was sehr angenehm war, da wir ruhig, bei Meeresrauschen, schlafen konnten. Wenn man sich im unteren Bereich der Wohnung befindet, kommt es einem so vor, als befände man sich direkt auf dem Meer. Die obere Terrasse, auf der wir uns überwiegend aufgehalten haben, ist sehr groß. Von dort aus kann man die Menschen (Autos dürfen dort nicht fahren), die unten vorbei laufen, gut beobachten und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe und Boote auf dem Meer. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns sehr gut, da wir einen Leihwagen hatten und die Insel von unserem Standort aus gut erkunden konnten. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% und werden sicher auch selber noch einmal dorthin fahren. Du, Fransisca, bist eine sehr aufmerksame Vermieterin und sehr hilfsbereit! Danke für diesen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub (wir würden am Liebsten sofort wieder los fliegen :))

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit

Die Ferienwohnung, die sich direkt am Meer, abseits des Massentourismus befindet, erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke hat zwei Balkone (einer davon sehr groß), mit herrlichen Seeblick und einen Balkon mit Landblick. Parken kein Problem, Lidl befindet sich einen guten Kilometer entfernt. Die Küche mit Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. in den weiteren beiden Schlafzimmer wäre ein Ventilator gut. WLAN-ging überall sehr gut. Küchenausstattung war sehr gut; Müll kann um die Ecke entsorgt werden. Es gibt keine Zwischenreinigung. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit exponierter Lage.

Das Ferienhaus sticht durch seine Großräumigkeit heraus. Offen gestaltet. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür hat man alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Fehlt etwas, oder hat man Fragen oder Wünsche, weiß Francisca bestimmt weiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Urlaub mit Kleinkind

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen 10-tägigen Urlaub mit unserem kleinen Sohn (15 Monate) in der Wohnung von Francisca. Die Kommunikation mit Francisca lief super und sehr unkompliziert. Francisca ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und hatte für uns sehr gute Tipps (Restaurants, Märkte). Wir sind sehr spät angereist, sie hat uns dennoch persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, Strand, Supermarkt, Bars etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zentrum von Can Picafort ist in ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken ist hinter dem Haus an der Straße problemlos möglich. Der Meerblick ist wirklich toll. Wir haben jeden Abend auf einem der Balkone ausklingen lassen. Es gibt auf dem oberen größeren Balkon einen Esstisch mit Stühlen und zwei Sonnenliegen. Auf dem unteren kleineren Balkon gibt es Stühle und zwei kleinere Tische. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Bei Wünschen/Fragen sollte man sich auf jeden Fall direkt an Francisca wenden, Sie ist äußerst hilfsbereit! Wichtig für Eltern mit Kleinkind: Der Treppenaufgang in der Wohnung sowie der Treppenabgang zur Wohnungstür sind nicht gesichert. Wir haben uns Konstruktionen aus Stühlen und Matratzen gebaut, damit sich unser Sohn frei bewegen kann. Das war für uns eine super Lösung. Das vorhandene Babyreisebett und der Hochstuhl waren super! Etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderbar!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, großzügig und begeistert mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden. Francisca ist sehr freundlich und steht einem immer mit Rat und tat zur Hilfe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
